Established in December of 2003 in the rural heart of southern Rhode Island, Incandetech LLC provides a complete suite of IT services for both the business and residential markets. Ranging from straightforward desktop/workstation/server diagnostics to more advanced services such as VPN setup and network infrastructure roll-out, Incandetech can cater to the complete needs of residential and small- to mid-size businesses.
We serve the southern New England area (including Rhode Island, southern Massachusetts and eastern Connecticut) with various support tiers--down to a 1-hour response time. And our fees are simple. You've got one per-hour rate to worry about. That's it. We won't charge you close to $300 for a simple wireless network setup like many of the big box retailers will. We're pretty confident in saying that our techs can do 30 minutes of work in 30 minutes. We keep our overhead low, which means lower prices. That simple.
Running a business with constant support needs? We've got you covered with our fixed fee support contracts, handled on a case-by-case basis.
Incandetech takes pride in its work and we love what we do. In the rare event that we need to return to your home or business to correct an outstanding issue (perhaps that wasn't completely resolved in the first visit) we're not going to nickel-and-dime you. If you're not happy, neither are we. That's why we do things correctly the first time.
